Before pursuing a career as a Professional Buyers Agent and starting Eureka Property Buyers Agents, Nicole worked for a private property investor with a holding of over 35 development sites on the southern end of the Gold Coast and Northern NSW - sourcing and overseeing his property portfolio for a number of years. Nicole prides herself on continuing her personal and professional development into the use of 'creative contracts' such as Options, Rent to Buys, Joint Ventures and Installment Contracts, and is now further fine-tuning her skills in developing property for its maximum end use. She loves a challenge and is well known for her entrepreneurial flair and ability to 'think outside the square'.
