Eureka Property Buyers Agents is a boutique buyers agency and, unlike many of our competition, we don't want to be the biggest at what we do, just the best!

At Eureka, our clients are not 'just a number' and, as such, many of our past clients go on to become our good friends. We choose to only work with a small client base at any one time so that you get the friendly, personalised service you deserve at such a crucial time.  Also, your file is handled by the business owner, Nicole Marsh, not an administrative or research assistant. Nicole will partner with you from the start of the process to the finish, so you won't have to speak to 5 different people every time you call.

We also don't believe in trying to be all things to all people - therefore we only specialise in the Gold Coast Property Market and you won't find us diversifying into finance or property management. As these are such specialised fields, we would rather leave this to the experts in their fields while we get on and concentrate our efforts on what we do best.

Hi, Im Nicole Marsh - I'm a QLD Fully Licensed Buyers Agent and I've been doing this since 2006. I started Eureka Property Buyers Agents back in 2009 because I saw the need for buyers to be be protected -  in an industry that has traditionally been weighted in favour of the sellers with experienced negotiators and property professionals on their side - to ensure they aren't ripped off and taken advantage of especially in a property market like the Gold Coast that is well known to have its fair share of sharks and dodgy agents…..

You don’t know what you don’t know. Right? 

I originally hail from the Far North Coast of NSW but the bright lights, and excitement of the Gold Coast brought me here some 22 years ago – and basically I never left. A bit older, and alot wiser now (if only I knew then what I know now haha....My mum was right!) its no longer the wild nights out on the town, and my old haunts of Melbas and Cocktails and Dreams I love about the Gold Coast, but the great weather, the vast demographics, the landscapes and mostly the people.

Locals born and bred here on the coast are few and far between - most of us come from somewhere else and all of us have a story.  It great to be part of this growing and emerging city that has something unique to offer for the investor and owner occupier alike.

Being a Buyers Agent has given me the opportunity to combine all of my skills, past experience, my natural talents and my love of people into one career and its something I still love 12 years on and hundreds of property purchases later.

Of course, it has its moments (believe me, its not all the glamour, high heels, cocktail open homes and multi-million dollar houses like portrayed on TV) - its alot of working weekends, late nights, grey hair and lots of paperwork - but while ever I still love it I keep doing it.

Grateful for the opportunities Ive been given in life, Im a firm believer in ‘Paying it Forward’ so I make a small donation at the completion of  every purchase currently to support our farmers to ‘Buy a Bale’ . Growing up in a small country town and coming from a farming community, I know first hand how the weather can either make or break you.

My goal in business is not to be the biggest at what I do, but to be the best, so I choose to work with only a small number of clients at any one time. I've developed an excellent team of administration staff and research assistants who all work behind the scenes so you only deal with one point of contact - me - during your ‘Eureka' experience, so that I can ensure you receive the personalised service you need when making such a big financial decision.  

It's taken 12 years but Ive amassed an excellent ‘mastermind’ of other specialist professionals I trust and work closely with. Be it builders, property managers, pest and building inspectors, conveyancers, renovation experts and quantity surveyors - so there isn't any real estate question I believe I can't answer - or find the answer to!
