- Our buyers are pre-approved for finance and ready to go - putting us ahead of 99% of most of the buyers out there before we even start.
- We do all of our desk based research BEFORE we even leave the office and only inspect the top 5% of those properties - so the agents know we are 100% serious about purchasing a property when we book an inspection with them.
- Due to the experience we have in the market, negotiations and contracts our deals have a higher rate of success - being able to work through any issues that may arise - and a higher chance of the deal settling (= the agent getting paid).
- They see us as a source of referral business as we often find sellers that aren't already listed with an agent.

But what does this mean to you?
