Do real estate agents like dealing with Buyers Agents?

It's a question we often get asked......

Why wouldn't they?

Dealing with us they know there is no second guessing, and no mucking around - we can take decisive action immediately if the property is the right one for us and our clients.
We (and hence our buyers) are educated on the market, current market conditions and know what we have to pay to secure the right property for our clients.
Our buyers are pre-approved for finance and ready to go - putting us ahead of 99% of most of the buyers out there before we even start.
We do all of our desk based research BEFORE we even leave the office and only inspect the top 5% of those properties - so the agents know we are 100% serious about purchasing a property when we book an inspection with them.
Due to the experience we have in the market, negotiations and contracts our deals have a higher rate of success and a higher chance of the deal settling (= the agent getting paid).
They see us a source of referral business as we often find sellers that aren't already listed with an agent.
We like our transactions to be Win Wins for all concerned - we dont see it as 'us v's them' scenario, which ensures they continue to assist us every step of the way.

But what does this mean to you?

It means that we often have the opportunity to secure a property BEFORE it hits the open market and gains multiple offers. It means that agents make us privy to alot more information than they do an ordinary buyer (ie sellers real circumstances for selling, their rock bottom price etc) as they want to look after us, which in turn ultimately means a much better outcome for you the buyer!
